Green Planet Shield Membership
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the Green Planet Shield Membership (“Membership”) offered by Green Planet Restoration Florida, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”). By enrolling, Members (“you”) agree to these terms.
1. Membership Eligibility

Available to Florida property managers, business owners, insurance companies, schools, healthcare facilities, government agencies, and other organizations.

Individual homeowners may request eligibility upon approval.
2. Membership Levels & Benefits
🟢 Shield Basic

Priority emergency response for water, fire, storm, and mold incidents.

24/7 members-only hotline.
-
Certified, licensed, bonded, and insured restoration experts.
-
Comprehensive documentation for insurance claims.
-
10% discount on restoration services performed by Green Planet Restoration Florida.
🔵 Shield Plus
Includes all Basic benefits, plus:

Top-tier emergency dispatch priority.
-
Direct tenant/staff coordination.
-
Free annual proactive inspection.
-
Mold clearance guarantee (certified).
-
15% discount on restoration services and maintenance packages.
🟡 Shield Elite
Includes all Plus benefits, plus:

First-in-line dispatch during emergencies.
-
Dedicated account manager for your properties.
-
Bi-annual proactive inspections.
-
Enhanced compliance documentation for legal, insurance, and safety purposes.
-
Staff/tenant emergency preparedness training.
-
20% discount on restoration services, exclusive Elite perks, and extended warranties.
Important: Membership benefits do not cover the cost of restoration services. All actual restoration work (water, fire, mold, storm, reconstruction, pack-out, etc.) will be billed separately. Membership guarantees priority access, exclusive discounts, and support services, not free restoration.
3. Membership Fees & Payment

Fees are billed annually or monthly, depending on the chosen tier.

Payment is due at the start of the membership term.

Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by Florida law.
4. Term & Renewal

Membership is valid for 12 months from enrollment.

Membership automatically renews unless canceled in writing or via email at least 30 days before the renewal date.
5. Member Responsibilities

Provide accurate property information for inspections and restoration services.
-
Grant property access for inspections and emergency response.
-
Maintain compliance with local Florida codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Limitations & Exclusions
-
Membership covers priority access, inspections, hotline support, and discounts only.

Restoration work is billed separately. Membership does not include free restoration services.

Response times are prioritized but may vary during widespread disasters.

Mold clearance guarantee applies only to projects performed by Green Planet Restoration Florida.

Membership benefits are non-transferable.
7. Cancellation

Members may cancel with 30 days’ written notice or via email to support@greenplanetrestorationfl.com.

Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds for early cancellation.

Outstanding balances for restoration services must be settled before cancellation.
8. Liability

Green Planet Restoration Florida performs services with certified professionals, eco-friendly products, and advanced technology.

Liability is limited to the cost of services performed. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
-
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Amendments
-
Green Planet Restoration Florida may update these Terms & Conditions with 30 days’ notice to Members.
